Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. About These Terms
This website, finvo.my, is operated by Rao Tek Sdn Bhd (SSM 202601010737), a company registered in Malaysia. These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What This Website Is
This site provides information about Finvo, an e-invoicing product for Malaysian businesses, and lets you request early access. Finvo itself is not yet available to use. Nothing here is an offer to supply the product, and requesting early access does not create an account, a contract, or any obligation on either side.
3. Requesting Early Access
- Give us accurate details — an address you can receive mail at, in particular
- We may contact you about early access. We will not use your details for anything else, and we will not pass them to anyone for their own marketing
- We may choose who to admit, and in what order. Submitting the form does not guarantee access
- You may ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing [email protected]
4. Acceptable Use
- Submit the form automatically, repeatedly, or with details that are not yours
- Attempt to disrupt the site, or to access parts of it that are not published
- Copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission
5. Our Content
The text, articles, designs, logos and brand names on this site belong to Rao Tek Sdn Bhd or are used with permission. You may read and share links to our articles freely. Republishing them, in whole or in substantial part, needs our written permission.
6. Accuracy, and Not Advice
Our articles describe Malaysian e-invoicing rules as we understand them at the time of writing. Rules change, and LHDN is the authority on them. Nothing on this site is tax, accounting or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances. If a filing obligation matters to you, check it with LHDN or a qualified professional.
7. Links to Other Sites
Where we link to LHDN, to guidance, or to other websites, we do not control what those sites publish and are not responsible for their content.
8. Availability
We try to keep this site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
9. Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. When Finvo launches we will publish separate terms covering the product, which you will be asked to accept before using it.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction. For any question about them, email [email protected].
