1. Who We Are

This website, finvo.my, is operated by Rao Tek Sdn Bhd (SSM 202601010737), a company registered in Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers this website only. Finvo is not yet available to use, so the only personal data we hold from you is what you give us when requesting early access, together with the website analytics described below. When the product launches we will publish a separate, expanded policy covering the data it processes, and you will be asked to review it before you can use it.

3. What We Collect

If you request early access, we collect what you type into that form:

• Your email address — required, so that we can contact you
• Your name and business name — optional
• Business type, your role, number of companies or clients, and the accounting software you use today — all optional, and used only to understand who is interested

4. Why We Collect It

To contact you about early access, and to understand the kinds of businesses who want Finvo so we build the right thing. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

5. Analytics and Cookies

We measure how the site is used. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers:

• Google Analytics — page views and traffic sources
• PostHog — product analytics
• Meta Pixel — measuring whether advertising reaches people
• Cloudflare — serving the site, and Turnstile, which checks that a form is submitted by a person rather than an automated script

6. Who Else Handles Your Data

We use these providers, and no others, for this website:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and bot protection
• Supabase — the database where early-access signups are stored
• Google, PostHog and Meta — analytics, as described above

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep early-access signups until Finvo launches and you have either created an account or told us you are no longer interested. If you ask us to delete your details, we do so within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time

For any request about your data, email [email protected]. We will respond within 21 days, as the PDPA requires.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. A substantial change — in particular when the product launches and begins processing business data — will be a new policy, not an edit to this one.
